Would You Trade Your QB for Peyton Manning?

While watching Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN, they were discussing Peyton Manning, and who in the NFL would trade their QB to the Colts for Peyton Manning.
The parameters of the trade, would be QB for QB, straight up. No additional picks or compensation.
Contracts were also not considered.
Mike Golic stated that the only teams that would not trade for Manning would be the Saints, Patriots, Chargers and Steelers.
I disagree.
Again, this is not saying who would have taken Manning from his rookie season. This is saying, TODAY, starting in the 2010 season, at 33 years old, would you trade your starter for Peyton Manning.
Here is a list of the other 31 teams, and which ones would pull the trigger on the deal.
