Since the arrival of head coach Chuck Pagano, the Indianapolis Colts have switched to a 3-4 defensive scheme (or what Pagano has called a "hybrid" scheme) after running the 4-3 for so long.
Looking back, were the Colts really ready to make the switch? Not really, but few teams ever are.
