NFL Power Rankings: Are Indianapolis Colts League’s Worst Team?

While there are three winless teams in the NFL right now, two of them spent Week 5 on the bye. That would seem to make the Indianapolis Colts, the one team that did play (and lose), de facto worst in the league. But, alas, that's not the case.
The Colts, despite all of their problems and their 0-5 record, have a better chance of improvement than their winless counterparts, the Miami Dolphins and the St. Louis Rams. Of the three teams, it's the Rams that are the league's worst, and it's not even close.
Through the first quarter of the season, the Rams have the worst offense in the NFL and the 31st ranked defense. They've scored just 46 points while giving up a total of 113 to their opponents. While Miami and Indianapolis have lost in close contests, the same can't be said for the woefu...
