NFL DRAFT 2011:Mad Science or Pure Luck? Full 3-Year Draft Grades for Every Team

Three years seems to be a good starting point in which to begin the evaluation process on each teams Draft. I have decided to create a unique point system to better determine how each NFL team has drafted over the last three years.
Each team will receive 1 point for each starter on their roster and 5 points for each "Elite" player. I am including, the years 2008-2010.
The Grades and Rankings will begin with the #32 ranking and move up until we reach the team that had the best draft over a 3 year period.
The results may be a little surprising, but keep in mind that the criteria in grading each teams draft during that period of time was to determine how many players drafted made significant contributions to thier respective team and are still on the roster.
