Indianapolis Colts: The Team Needs a New Coach

I was watching the AFC wildcard matchup between the Jets and the Colts and there was one obvious mismatch in the game all night.
It wasn't Peyton Manning against the Jets pass defense or L.T. against the Colts run defense, the mismatch was on the sideline: It was Rex Ryan vs. Jim Caldwell.
As much as it pains me to say this, the Colts need a new coach. Caldwell was out-schemed and out-coached by Rex Ryan and the Jets.
He failed to make adjustments so that his best offensive weapon would get the football. Reggie Wayne had one catch for one yard—really? Caldwell should have moved Wayne around and made sure that the Colts ran plays to get Wayne involved.
What about the infamous timeout? For what purpose did he call a timeout? What was the logic in that? I am sure that Jim Caldwell is a good man, but I think he is in over his head as the Colts head coach. He can get them...
