If current performances are any indication of who will be earning the rights of receiving the No. 1 pick in the 2012 NFL draft, then the Indianapolis Colts are officially on the clock.
The Colts are trailing the Tennessee Titans by a 20-0 margin on the road going into halftime—a team that dropped a 41-7 decision to the Houston Texans as three-point home favorites just a week ago.
