Indianapolis Colts Should Pass on Andrew Luck If Peyton Manning Is Healthy

Next April 26th the NFL will welcome a new batch of new college prospects to the league. No college quarterback has been hyped in the past decade as Andrew Luck of Stanford has been.
Mel Kiper, ESPN NFL Draft analyst, stated that Luck will be the highest rated quarterback to come out of college since John Elway. When you hear the name John Elway what first comes to mind? Pro bowls, championships, and/or hate if he was playing against your team.
The fact is when you come across what appears to be a franchise quarterback in the NFL draft you take them in most cases. However, if I am the Indianapolis Colts I would trade that pick.
