Indianapolis Colts Add Veteran Moore for Camp Depth

The Colts made a low impact signing today adding veteran, free-agent running back Mewelde Moore.
Moore was a role player in Pittsburgh where current Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians held the same job.
Moore has had little impact in recent seasons, with fewer than 40 carries each of the past three years.
He enters a crowded backfield with Donald Brown, Delone Carter and fifth-round pick Vick Ballard. Carter and Ballard seem like virtual locks to make the roster, leaving little room for Moore.
At best, Moore is third or fourth running back with no upside. He would have to dramatically outperform the younger backs to secure a roster spot. It's hard to imagine the Colts would part ways with Carter or Ballard, and...
