Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson, head coach Chuck Pagano and their team are scouring their roster, the waiver wire and potential trade targets for the best 53 players for their team in 2012. Grigson will be aggressive, as he demonstrated by pulling the trigger on a trade for former Dolphins cornerback Vontae Davis, via ESPN. Unfortunately for those players on the roster bubble, that means he won't hesitate to make tough cuts.
