The Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans renewed their AFC South battle last night on Sunday Night Football. The Colts, winners of their last 13 regular season games coming into this contest last lost a regular season game to these very same Titans last season in Nashville.
The 31-9 beat down the Colts put on the Titans reassured their grip on the AFC South so far this season. And Peyton Manning continues his outstanding start to the NFL season. The game was a mismatch almost from the start, with Manning, the three-time MVP, and the NFL's top passing offense against a defense tied for worst in the league against the pass.
The Colts, however, were without injured starting cornerbacks Kelvin Hayden and Marlin Jackson on defense. No problem there, just plug in rookie third round draft pick Jerraud Powers, undrafted rookie free agent Jacob Lacey and fourth-year player Tim Jennin...
