Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is in love with Andrew Luck, and we're talking schoolgirl smitten here.

If he isn't busy tweeting sweet nothings about "#12" as he refers to his new franchise passer, he's giving away a Luck jersey to the winner of his latest Twitter contest.
