Chandler Harnish, a former star quarterback at Northern Illinois, was selected by the Indianapolis Colts with the 253rd overall pick—a full 252 picks after the Colts selected Andrew Luck with the No. 1 overall pick.
In this particular case, we could call Luck "Mr. Relevant," as Harnish now plays the same position for the same team.
