Chandler Harnish to Colts: Scouting Report and Analysis

Chandler Harnish's running ability is reminiscent of Tim Tebow, but Harnish is entering the NFL with significantly less buzz.
Surprisingly, the quarterback out of Northern Illinois really is a similar prospect to Tebow, but with more accuracy on his throws. Unfortunately, he does not possess Tebow's moxie or arm strength, which is the reason for his draft projection.
The NFL Network sees Harnish as an "effective scrambler and a better thrower on the run than he is in the pocket." They also point to his competitive drive as a major positive.
On the negative side, they note that "his accuracy is so off at times that it brings his value all the way down to the late rounds."
