A day after Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson proclaimed the Colts had decided upon who they would be choosing with the number one pick but refusing to name who, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter that the Colts have told (or: someone telling someone that they heard someone tell someone something) Andrew Luck that he will be chosen first overall.
