NFL Combine 2012: Chuck Pagano Talks Future of Indianapolis Colts

Brand new Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano and new general manager Ryan Grigson both took the stage in their home stadium to talk about how the Indianapolis Colts can be rebuild in a post-Peyton Manning era.
Quarterback is the most glaring area of weakness, as the Colts struggled mightily on offense, going 2-14 a year after making the playoffs in 2010. Manning’s contract situation remains an enigma, but signs are he will won’t be the signal-caller in Indy next year.
Besides quarterback, upgrades are needed all over the board if the Colts expect to be major players in the AFC next season.
Management was overhauled in the offseason, now it's time for personnel.
