New Indianapolis Colts general manager Ryan Grigson has the tall task of rebuilding a team that managed only two wins in 2011.
Along with deciding what to do with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 draft, he'll have a say in the future of All-Pro quarterback Peyton Manning and head coach Jim Caldwell.
Grigson can start his pressure-packed offseason by doing one thing—letting Caldwell go.
Although they haven't been there in over a decade, the Colts are in rebuilding mode and need a fresh, enthusiastic leader on the sidelines.
